I propose to set a still acceptable upper limit for the eco-subsidy for hybrid vehicles and to subsidise only the purchase of cheaper hybrid vehicles. As I see from the advertisements, this is also being provided for luxury vehicles, which only a few Slovenians can buy, and they could buy them without the subsidy if they were, of course, ecologically aware. An example of one of the possible subsidies that inspired me to take the initiative:
So we subsidise the purchase of these buyers through the budget for the rest of Slovenians, which they would probably not agree with if asked.
This measure would give more users the opportunity to buy subsidised with the same resources and would achieve a greater desired "environmental impact".
