I propose that the Government adopt a regulation to prevent the import and registration of diesel vehicles below EURO 5.
In view of the German courts' ban on the circulation of diesel vehicles in German cities, it is reasonable to expect that as many diesel vehicles with engines below the EURO 5 standard as possible will try to be sold to the Balkans and Central Europe. As this could also make Slovenia a dumping ground for such vehicles, I propose that the Government should prevent this by means of appropriate regulations (regulation, bill to the National Assembly, etc.).
