I suggest that the government remove the use of so-called lying cops as a means of traffic calming from the law.
Justification;
This means causes additional pollution of the environment, due to braking and acceleration, before and after the obstacle. ( In my experience, few lying cops are made to be driven over at the speed limit - provided of course that the driver also pays the maintenance costs of the vehicle).
At the same time, most people who obey the road traffic laws have to drive over these obstacles.
I believe that at the moment we have much better solutions for traffic calming, which may cost a little more in the first step, but are of course cheaper, taking into account the ecological balance.
