I suggest: creditors should be provided free of charge with information on debtors (bank account number and bank where the account is held - from AJPES and whether the debtor is insured, which shows whether and where the debtor is employed - Health Insurance Institute). Upon proof of a legal interest (final and enforceable judgment or enforcement order), AJPES and the Health Insurance Institution should, upon written request, provide the creditor with information on the debtor, where the debtor has an account with which bank and where the debtor is insured.
