I propose that a 30-hour working day be introduced within 10 years. It is time to start seriously considering a gradual reduction in working hours, as many of us have been warning and demanding from governments around the world for years, so please support my proposal and share it, and publish it in other media, so that serious consideration can start. I propose, for example, that we gradually move to shorter working hours as soon as possible, starting in 2018, by reducing the working day by 1 hour each year, which means that from the new year we will only be able to work 39 hours a week, so that for the first year we will work 7 hours every Friday instead of 8. The following year we go to 38 hours per week, which means that Thursday and Friday are 7 hours each, and so gradually over 5 years we go to 35 hours per week, working only 7 hours each day. Then, over the next 5 years, we repeat the process, working 6 hours every Friday instead of 7, and so on, until we move to a 30-hour week and work only 6 hours every day. I must remind you that the snack is included in the working time and must remain so, so that an employer does not accidentally have the temerity to say that someone has 1 hour free for a snack, because this will now be absolutely FORBIDDEN, because the snack is included in the working time and the snack must be a minimum of 30 minutes, or even 6 hours if you wish, but in that case we will be on full pay and will only be going to the snack and going home. For other professions, where more shifts are worked and there are flexible hours, a gradual reduction in working hours is also introduced, with the emphasis that it is forbidden to work excessive overtime and, of course, overtime must be paid accordingly, and the working hours must increase each year to compensate for the difference to the original salary, since less than the minimum salary must not be paid, or the salary must remain the same, and the club must work shorter hours, and overtime must be paid in addition.
