I propose that in the Road Traffic Regulation Act, in Article 46, second paragraph, a bullet point be added to the existing one:
on individual roads in a settlement or parts thereof, the maximum permissible speed for vehicles may not exceed 70 km/h , provided that traffic safety and the prescribed traffic engineering elements allow this and this is indicated by a prescribed traffic sign.
that the same would apply to motorways, primarily 130km/h, and on sections where it would be possible and safe to do so 150km/h.
as regards the question of what about lorries and buses, the limits for these categories are laid down in Articles 47 and 48 of this law
