I suggest that the government, with the help of its entire repressive apparatus, should immediately:1. investigate who all has been involved in the systematic destruction of the Slovenian healthcare system over the past 25 years, and in doing so has amply lined its own pockets;2. tax the amounts of damage found at a rate of 100% (the statute of limitations should be changed to make this possible), and channel the tax thus collected into the health coffers;3. set up a system to prevent the consistent misuse of the health coffers in the future, thereby sending a clear signal to the citizens that it intends to thoroughly clean up corruption in the health sector. Indeed, the course of the 'health reform' so far clearly shows that the talk of honesty is mere larifari, as the health system is being 'saved' on the backs of ordinary citizens, who have absolutely nothing to blame for the collapse of the health system, those, who have actively participated in its plundering over the past 25 years, and leaves them alone to enjoy their beautiful mansions, built with stolen money, when they are not on a well-deserved holiday on their beautiful yachts or on some exotic tropical island.
