Hello I have divided the proposals into the following 3 sets: - Minimum wage: the United Left Party has proposed to raise the minimum wage in the first phase to €645, in September to €700 net, with a proportional increase in contributions, which is more burdensome for the economy. My revised proposal, however, is to raise the minimum wage to €640 net per month, with the gross amount remaining the same as when the increase was just implemented, to €805 gross, i.e. €614 net. This could also be done by abolishing some other tax deduction. The transport allowance and the meal allowance would remain under the current system. - Job advertisements: Every job advertisement placed anywhere must state the starting gross monthly salary (good practice in Austria) in relation to the estimated number of hours worked per week or month. The publication of job advertisements on the ZRSZ should be free of charge for employers. - Working hours: There is a lot of talk about shortening working hours, but many people work beyond normal working hours and become burnt out over the years. At the same time, we have a lot of unemployed people, who are forced to work 50 hours or more a week. This means that the social distribution of available work is unequal. My proposal is: A higher (approx. 30% of the normal) gross tax on overtime work during the week, 2. an option is also to have any overtime work approved by the Ministry of Labour at the request of the employer on the same day and not on days (example of good practice Luxembourg), 3. an option is to set up electronic control of arrival and departure from work by means of cards, following the example of the FURS and the tax cash registers. Of course, the cost of implementation should be borne by the State. Also introduce a mandatory 2x10minute break for labour-intensive industries (e.g. manufacturing). Thank you for reconsideration Uroš Milavec
