I propose, that employers should be obliged to pay compulsory and supplementary insurance to "students", just as they do to full-time employees. Some workers are replacements for full-time employees and are not covered by compulsory and supplementary insurance, but have to pay for it themselves. This can be the case when a person works as a full-time employee for 8 hours every day, Monday to Friday, and has no entitlement to holidays, sick leave, snacks, transport to work. By law, in addition to all the rights you do not have as a "student", you have to pay for compulsory health insurance and extra if you want to be properly insured. To avoid discrimination in employment, however, introduce compulsory payment by the employer for all ages of the student, as a percentage of the number of hours (i.e. both compulsory and supplementary insurance). This law would therefore protect persons in such cases. The answer that student work is only for occasional work is not the right answer, as the inspectorate is completely inactive in this area. I would ask for an improvement in the working conditions of young people or persons who are not employed but work "regularly" through a student service. Both the inspection and additional laws should be a prevention against such cases.
