I propose higher penalties for employers who do not issue pay slips to workers.
I also suggest that the pay slip clearly states how much overtime the worker has worked and how much they are paid.
I also propose much greater penalties for employers who force workers to work overtime, over 20 hours a month and over 180 hours a year.
