I propose that supplementary health insurance be paid exclusively into the health fund, or direct payment from pensions or OD could be arranged, without the need to send receipts.
All insurance companies are making profits on the account of supplementary insurance ( I think Vzajemna the most), and if we pay into the health insurance coffers, this money will stay for health care, which is what it is intended for.
