Under the Employment Relations Act, the employer must advertise the vacancy with the employment service. There are many jobs in the JU that are reserved in advance, e.g. in the UKC when it comes to redeployment of workers, etc.... I suggest that the law be corrected so that the employer no longer has to post the vacancy but simply informs the Job Centre that the vacancy is filled. It is mainly those jobseekers who send dozens of applications to which they do not even get a reply, and of course for free because the jobs are already predetermined. The employer receives several hundred applications even though he already has a candidate for the job (it may be just a placement within a sub-job). This saves the writers of the applications a lot of time and money, which they usually do not have anyway.
