I propose to the Government to amend Article 128 of the Labour Relations Act by adding a new indent to the allowance for replacing a worker on sick leave. this would apply only to an employee who performs additional tasks and duties and who is already employed within the company definition: the additional work of a worker who is absent on sick leave is not considered as overtime for the worker because the increased workload is not justified, but the worker is still performing the work of the worker who is absent. this allowance would be due to all workers who are still performing the work of the workplace of the worker who is absent on sick leave. the amount of the allowance would be determined in proportion to the basic salary of the post
