There are many people in Slovenia who receive social and other assistance, whether they are entitled to it or not. It is well known that the recipients of subsidised kindergarten fees drive their children there in high-end vehicles, that recipients of social assistance (also at the expense of the children) smoke and consume alcohol, that single mothers send their children to kindergarten and then stay at home and enjoy themselves. Nobody checks what is happening to the aid and how it is being spent. I am immediately in favour of taking away from alcoholics, drug addicts and smokers part of the social assistance that they spend on their habit. In my opinion, if someone can earn money for cigarettes and alcohol, they can also earn money for utility bills and for milk for the baby. So I suggest a check and you just get it or not based on the findings,
