As we all know that one of the major problems of student work is the exploitation of it by those who are not studying but just enjoying the bonuses, and on the other hand the problem of small work is that for some it is too restrictive, I propose to limit the number of hours of small work possible for students according to the number of exams passed by each individual. The credit system is in place everywhere with the Bologna system anyway, so why not use it for that? Anyone who fails in, say, the winter semester has minimal or zero hours of work in the summer semester, anyone who passes 10% of the exams can benefit from 10% of the total hours, etc. Anyone who studies should be able to do a little work, anyone who does not study should get a job. Otherwise, I am saddened that more often than not this issue is dealt with only by Minister Svetlik, and not by Golobič
