I propose a small change to public holidays - days off work:
Easter and Pentecost Sunday should be abolished as public holidays.
 
Reason:
There are officially 14 public holidays in Slovenia, of which Easter and Pentecost Sunday of course always fall on a weekend, so the actual number of public holidays in Slovenia is 12 (ideally). The proposal does not change the actual number of public holidays, nor is it about abolishing a holiday, but only about recategorising a holiday.
Most European countries do not treat these two days as public holidays and a comparison of public holidays between countries may give the wrong impression that we have more public holidays than we actually do.
