The state should introduce a new tax, called the IQ tax.
Those of us with high IQs are smarter and more likely to make a lot of money on the market. Those of us with low IQs have to work very hard to earn a disproportionately lower income.
That is why I propose that this tax be progressive. The higher the IQ of a citizen, the more of this tax he pays.
IQ measurement should become an obligation for every citizen.
