I propose that the Ministry of Education, Training and Sport, on the basis of the Court of Auditors' audit, define or precisely define the other work of an educator in primary schools and kindergartens, which is work outside direct work with children. The hours of work with children or the direct work of the teacher are 6 hours per day and 30 hours per week. The hours for individual duties outside the direct work, i.e. 10 hours per week, must be precisely defined. The worker must work 40 hours per week, as he/she is paid for 40 hours/week. Perhaps the Court of Auditors should also audit kindergartens. Also, teachers who have reached the age of 50 have 2 hours less of direct work per week, in which case they are paid for 12 hours of work per week. It is necessary to determine by law what these teachers do for two hours a week! This is the bonus that is in the collective agreement for education. It is a double bonus, because these workers have an extra 5 days' holiday. Another problem is that the direct work hours, which are teaching hours, and the hours that are not working with children (direct work) are paid the same. Now it is left to the head teachers. There is also a double bonus, a position allowance for a teacher who runs a kindergarten unit, regardless of the number of departments, and for this he gets an extra 4 days' leave.
