I propose control of public works!
 As we know, public works are intended for non-profit work (purposes), or in the background regular employment.Many associations and legal entities are taking advantage of public works and the workers with them, because they are a stagnant workforce.I know the case of the G.Radgona fishing family, where they have several public workers in their units every year, since the very beginning of the cc in the year 2000.Each unit has its own buffet, or one of them has a restaurant, and in the case of the one that has a restaurant I know that most of the time the two workers work in the restaurant, or in the kitchen, and the rest of the time they have lunch in front of the restaurant and clean up the surroundings.They also work on Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant sells 500 portions of food a day during the weekends during the year, and they have outdoor spaces that they rent out to guests, shutterbugs, etc.They sell 500 portions of food a day during the year.
How can someone who is not a non-profit get community service every year? There is no control over what the workers even do,on paper,but it is not hard to satisfy the conditions!
