I propose the introduction of registrations for the bicycles that citizens ride on the roads. This would have several positive effects: 1. the bikes should be roadworthy and roadworthy, with all the necessary lights and other means. 2. every bicycle would have a number plate, which would be of the greatest importance in terms of improving the behaviour of cyclists on the road, because it often happens that they ride two or more abreast, and they also do not want to get out of the way of columns of vehicles behind them, especially when they are going uphill and there is a lorry behind them; this would also help to improve the behaviour of cyclists on the road. So I could possibly report cyclists who do not obey the cpp. 3. cyclists would also contribute to the road fund - a lot of cycle lanes are being built, but the users (who often don't use them at all but prefer to be on the road) have contributed nothing for them or for their maintenance, on the other hand there are plans to increase the taxation of motor fuels. 4. in this way, we could also prevent children (at least those who would respect the law) from riding alone on extremely busy roads, but they would have to be of a certain age to register a bicycle. 5. bicycles would also be insured, as a cyclist can cause damage to someone's car through no fault of his own, which can be surprisingly high and would now be covered by an insurance company. 6. bicycles would become an officially registered means of transport, making it more difficult to steal and sell them. 7. registration of so-called mopeds was introduced a few years ago in a similar way and for similar reasons - I think this was a good thing and has made a significant contribution to safety and order among motorcycle users and other road users, and some funds are being invested in this account. 8. I am a cyclist as well as a user of various motor vehicles, but I would like to see more order among cyclists, because some of them, because of their "anonymity" on the road, are quite brave and objective, which is bad for all of us.... I would be very happy to receive feedback, especially from the Ministry.... Thank you!
