I propose that all immigrants from abroad who move to our country Slovenia should be restricted in their right to all social transfers - unemployment benefits, child allowances, allowances for large families, one-off social assistance and all others. I propose that all immigrants should be entitled to no more than half of the social transfers to which the socially deprived, families with children and unemployed Slovenes and other citizens of the Republic of Slovenia are entitled. Immigrants may not be entitled to the large family allowance, child benefits for more than 3 children, so that for each additional child they are not entitled to child benefit. Because many immigrants, especially from poorer countries and Muslim countries, literally take advantage of the social transfers they are entitled to by law in Slovenia because they often officially have nothing and are often in a privileged position and are entitled to all social transfers and benefits. So they don't even bother to look for a job to live a normal life, and rather they take advantage of our country, all of us who pay taxes and various contributions and social rights, to live a leisurely life they get full social assistance,,one-off social assistance several times a year, child allowances, allowances for large families, free health insurance, food and clothing from the caritas, red cross and other charities, subsidised rent, social housing. Why should they work when they can stick their feet in the air and enjoy our charity? Because if we Slovenians have anything we own or have saved, even if it is only 200 euros, and if we are unemployed, for example, we are entitled to almost nothing and are discriminated against and in a worse position than immigrants, Roma, citizens of the former Yugoslavia living in Slovenia, who, of course, often do not officially own anything. This is mainly because immigrants, at least the vast majority of them, have never paid taxes and contributions to the Republic of Slovenia, and therefore cannot enjoy the same rights and benefits as Slovenian women and other Slovenian citizens who have and do pay taxes, contributions, duties, etc. I further suggest that the laws and regulations be amended to make this proposal suitable for adoption and implementation. This proposal does not violate any conventions, commitments, agreements and basic human rights, if I do then you are also knowingly violating the Constitutional rights of Slovenes.
