Dear Sir or Madam, In many public and economic services (agencies, directorates, institutions, etc.), there is a problem in various workplaces where there is simply no work for 8 hours ! I suggest that in such cases, it would be reasonable and fair to introduce part-time working hours for overloaded workplaces. If there are only 6 hours of work, a day a week could be introduced which is free and unpaid, e.g. free Fridays. Many civil servants could go to work only 4 days a week, which means a 20% reduction in the financial burden of a particular job. There would also be less congestion on the roads, people would have more time to spend with their families and, for the difference in money, there could be more jobs in the health service....
