Recording of Members' attendance at work
In view of the poor attendance of Members at work and the poor performance of the work in the National Assembly, I propose that: all Members of the National Assembly and other officials should be subject to a check on their arrival at work, all departures from their workplace during working hours and their departure from work. This means introducing the same controls as for most workers in companies, banks and elsewhere. Now, Members are free to come to work, and sometimes there are only a few Members sitting in the National Assembly.  I also suggest that the work in the various committees, working groups, should be limited to work and not to mutual reckoning, backbiting, and that the chairmen of these committees should see to that and that the work should also be limited to a certain period of time.
