I propose to reintroduce the legalisation of motorised bicycles on the basis of a declaration of ownership with two witnesses! This procedure was abolished three years ago - a big mistake!  Why? In Yugoslavia, motorbikes did NOT NEED to be registered. As a result, documents - invoices were lost and the moped was not registered in the vehicle register. It would have made sense to simplify the registration procedure, because that would have registered the vehicles and thus brought order and collected a few more contributions. And there would be fewer mopeds on the road without registrations and insurance. The status quo benefits no one, least of all the state.
