-I propose that the government set up a watchdog over judges and prosecutors and start paying judges and prosecutors according to their efficiency
-to stop sending bailiffs to the socially deprived and that judges have access to assets so that the socially deprived are exempted from all court tasks and the exorbitant costs that are now being charged to the socially deprived are not heaped on them.
-that all citizens pay a contribution for legal security of approx. 2 eu per month and that this money is used to enable a legal and fair trial for the socially weak and to assign them a lawyer of their choice, now only the rich are able to benefit from this judicial system only in this way will our country be able to have a legal system
-to control judges and prosecutors we should set up a Judicial Administration which would check all judicial proceedings and whether they show signs of corruption, because such judges and prosecutors who are corrupt have no business in public office and should not be prosecuted, and the same should apply to judges who exclude evidence and disregard witnesses.
-reduce judicial procedures and their bureaucracy
-make it impossible to appeal final judgments that have been handed down without the possibility of appeal, as this deprives many people of a legal and fair trial
-establish a service for the service of court judgments, because this way some people cannot avoid being served with a court judgement, and once you have been served, it starts counting from the time you were served (now you can easily avoid court proceedings as some people do in public, give the service services powers of attorney when they get a person to serve if he refuses to sign, he can sign himself and write that he has been served so that the court proceedings can continue and prevent excuses like "the postman didn't leave me a slip I couldn't pick up" etc.
