Hello, The Employment Service finances workers who are not investigated by their employer, and therefore the employer receives €250 from the Employment Service for one investigator.... I myself am employed in a company where every month at least a few (3-5) such investigators are hired, despite the fact that there is no work for the current employees and every month at least one employee is fired because the worker has to be paid, but not one through the Employment Service and yet money is made on him. I propose that this be restricted, because in this way the employees of the company are already losing their jobs... A limit could look like this: With at least 5 permanent employees, 1 probationer can be given for one month, if the permanent employment increases, more probationers can be given e.g. 10 permanent, the employer can get 2 per probationer.... Our company currently employs about 70 workers, only 7 are permanent...the rest are contract workers. Please, somehow solve this, because it is being exploited a lot and employers are again getting their hands dirty with free labour.
