Greetings I have read several times on the internet about the subsidies that are given to new SMEs. There are many stories in the media about how many people decided to become self-employed, but after a short time they went bankrupt or were even more embarrassed. You can find benefits online such as: Under a new law ( ZPIZ, Art. 145, para. 14), self-employed persons can be partially exempted from paying compulsory social security contributions: - 50% in the first year of the business and 30% in the following year of the business, calculated on the basis of the insurance base. Of course, it should be noted that only newly established sole traders benefit from this advantage. I wonder why we who have been self-employed since 2008 or even earlier do not have these benefits ? What do the rest of you think, do you think this is fair? I think we can all work and pay taxes or contributions to the state, so I think we should all be entitled to a subsidy, in whatever form. So I suggest that the Government should give everybody a subsidy, because that way we will all be treated equally.
