The municipalities have been working on projects and building municipal infrastructure. Now they are billing the citizens for their reckless work. It is not only stupid, it is corrupt and crap, on the level of Butal. In my opinion, it is also illegal, because the level of the water table depends on many things. If there is enough water table in one year, should we pay tax for that year or what, but what if there are ten such periods? This is where citizens who put up with such nonsense should be put under scrutiny.
