I propose abolishing the flat-rate health and pension insurance that we micro-solar owners also have to pay. Under the new law, we have to pay EUR 65.21 per month, which amounts to EUR 782 per year. My plant produces 4000 KWh/year, which is about €1500. I am employed and still pay all the pension and health insurance contributions.  I decided to invest when the law was passed in 2008 that natural persons could sell electricity, only later was I hit by the bitter fact that I would have to pay a flat rate like all the afternoon people, at that time about EUR 35. Now 65. How do I recoup the money I invested in green energy???? Despite the fact that the health and pension coffers are empty, it is not fair that we are paying double charges. I know I am not the only one, so I hope we are not falling on deaf ears.
