Hello! The property tax circus is over and it's time for new proposals. We could have solved all this much more simply. To the current wealth tax, which (as far as I know) only covers those citizens who own more than €500,000 worth of property and makes them pay wealth tax, you lower the lower limit from which the tax has to be paid. So EVERYONE who owns (say) more than €50,000 in assets has to pay it. This would also be fairest for everyone, as most people who own property today simply do not pay this tax. In parallel, of course, we should reduce or even abolish municipal contributions or the building land use allowance. The state should take over the distribution of money to the municipalities, so that it could also control the various municipal lumpenities and, in the event of inappropriate use of funds, demand the money back from the municipality (as the EU demands of the state). Moreover, this would avoid all the complications that the new tax has created. Lp Z
