I am of the opinion that the property tax should be introduced, but it should be further developed. I think that the property tax is unfair in certain cases. I would also point to one such example. After examining the information notice on the calculation of the property tax, I found that plots of land - agricultural land - which are in a flood zone in nature and are within the high-water embankments along the River Mura are assessed according to the same model. In this area, the Mura floods three to four times every year, and the actual price of agricultural land in this area is also only 1/3 of the price outside the embankment. I propose that the flood area be exempted from property tax, or that the rating of the land be adjusted. Some of the plots in this area even have a higher rating compared to the plots outside the embankment. The land rating of other plots of land is also incorrect, because I have found on my own plots that on a plot where water stagnates every time it rains, and I have not had a crop on this plot for a few years because standing water has destroyed it, this same plot is rated 20 points higher in rating. From the graphical representation of the pictures it can be seen the "oasis" where the water has destroyed the crop. I can also provide the plot numbers as proof.
