I call on the Government to amend the definition of the combined ticket accordingly, which, especially in the case of the Ljubljana-Postoyno railway line, would apply regardless of the type of public transport or train or train substitute and other regular bus transport, and not just for urban transport, the single student ticket, due to the emergency situation.
Therefore, a student who has a ticket for the railway line Postojna - Ljubljana and back should also use it for all other public transport on this line.

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of these Regulations, a beneficiary who claims the right to a subsidised ticket for intercity bus or rail transport in combination with the claim to a subsidised ticket for urban transport shall have the price of the subsidised ticket increased by the amount of the surcharge for urban transport, which shall not exceed EUR 15. The exact price of the urban transport supplement to be paid by the beneficiary shall be defined in a contract between the Ministry responsible for transport and the urban transport operator.
(2) A beneficiary may claim the right to a subsidised half-yearly or annual urban transport ticket only on the basis of a valid half-yearly or annual intercity transport ticket for the same period.
