I propose to the government that workers be given the right to shorter notice periods, or immediate notice periods, and that the interests of workers be protected, not those of employers, who can give 1-3 months' notice and thus force people to work for them, because in Slovenia forced labour is a CRIMINAL offence!!! Of course, the employer should always be obliged to give the worker at least 1 month's notice or more, because it is his duty to force the worker not to give notice immediately, but to give him at least 1 month's notice, unless they agree together to give notice immediately if it helps the worker. Why give workers shorter or more immediate notice? Because, as I have already mentioned, forced labour is a criminal offence, and even if you have signed contracts with your employer, this should not be any obligation to the employer, because they are not our owners, because we are not slaves, we are free people, so workers should have the right to terminate the contract at any time if they wish and, of course, also to receive the pay they have received in proportion to the day and the hour they have worked, and of course with the holidays and the recourse they are entitled to in proportion. Another reason for immediate termination is that if a person gets an opportunity to be employed somewhere, he can start work elsewhere immediately, rather than having to wait for 1 month and then hope that there will always be a vacancy waiting for him. In this way, employers will also take better care of their employees, because they will not want someone to suddenly leave them because they are dissatisfied, and their respect for human rights and workers' rights will rise to a higher level, which would be the envy of many countries where their rights are always being violated, as is the case here and probably in most of the world. Why are people afraid of freedom? Do you really think that a surgeon is going to abandon a patient in the middle of an operation? If a man is happy with his job and responsible, he will stay there, so what are we afraid of, the truth that we are all unhappy? Those who are against this proposal obviously recognise that we have usurpation and want to keep it that way, and those who support the proposal want to make a change and respect human rights. Now that this has been said, and I assume that you are all intelligent and literate enough to have understood the message and to be able to make the right decision whether to support the proposal or not.
