Hello, I suggest introducing bonuses for drivers who try to drive in an exemplary manner, because only points and the withdrawal of the licence do not motivate but intimidate, and so we have unmotivated depressed drivers who make even more mistakes. Bonuses have been proven to work well for insurance because everyone is highly motivated not to lose them and to accumulate as many as possible. I imagine this is like if you don't commit an offence for a year you pay an extra 10% less in fines or less in payroll contributions or whatever and so on... This would also let us know that punishment is not just filling your coffers which solely raising fines does not show. It would also be fairer to pay a lower fine for someone who commits an offence for the first time in 15 years against someone who is an objective driver so that the latter is guilty of paying higher fines. Thanks
