Unfortunately, in our country, if you work more and are hard-working, the state takes whatever you earn from it through higher payroll taxes, higher kindergarten fees, and even the withdrawal of child benefit. And because you are hard-working, you want to make a decent home (your own flat or house). Most of us take out long-term loans to make such purchases, which, because of rising taxes, you find harder and harder to pay. So you are simply not motivated to create anything, as everything is taxed extra or taken away from you anyway. Citizens should be motivated to earn more money by working harder, and thus to make something of themselves. With the current system, they make the apparently better paid people as poor as the majority. Any tax or social transfer should always take into account the citizen's investment in solving the housing problem. When calculating the basis for any tax that citizens have to pay and the average monthly income per family member, which is then the basis for child benefit and nursery fees, the dedicated credit for solving the basic housing problem should also be taken into account. At least this will motivate citizens to work more and also to produce more.
