I propose a proposal just like the one that is in place in some other European countries.
A tax, yes, but not on the house or flat we live in.
Property tax: weekend
                                         owning several houses or flats
Explanation:
The man had to work hard to buy his own place to live, and of course he worked, often beyond his psycho-physical abilities.The state gave him nothing, so he can claim nothing!
Someone may say,but it gave him a job..NO this is also largely NOT true for our country!
