I propose to introduce a tax on owners of more than one car in apartment blocks.
There is a shortage of parking spaces and there are almost more cars than people.
The problem is particularly serious in the block of flats, which are completely occupied by cars that are also parked on the pavements, and we should therefore urgently tax all those who live in a block of flats and own more than one car and occupy so many more parking spaces.
Too many times, even vehicles that are in a state of disrepair are parked in the car park in front of the block and remain there for half a year or more, taking up parking space.
I hope that this proposal will be better received and that we Slovenians will prove that we are just not as car-obsessed as the previous proposal showed.
By the way, was it not or is it not still the case that there is one parking space per flat and no more?
