I propose to the Government a special tax on uncultivated agricultural land. Every owner of agricultural land should be given a certain amount of either milk, meat, wine or whatever agricultural produce he has to produce on his land by the state. If this were the case, then our farmland would be farmed as it should be and the country would benefit from it too. However, since this is not the case, there are hectares and hectares of uncultivated land, and farmers are mainly concerned with subsidies. But this tax would be an incentive: the more you produce, the less your tax. The second thing is to return the excise duty on the oil consumed to the farmers. This thing should be abolished, because farmers use three times too much oil on their arable land, because they also include the oil they use in their own and other people's vehicles.
