The District Public Prosecutor's Office has a special department to examine the liability of police officers, and I propose that such a department be set up immediately for doctors or medical staff. Is not the liability of police officers in general much less (except in what case) than that of doctors? And is there no special department for them? Isn't that rather strange? In such a case, perhaps something would shift in the health service too, perhaps at least some would become a little more responsible, as is the case abroad. If things were done in this way, the situation in the health service might improve, and I am sure that corruption would also be reduced to a certain extent.
