I propose that Slovenian legislation should provide that a natural or legal person is exempted from a certain part of the tax (in the tax return) if it identifies and reports to the state authorities an irregularity in the area of tax evasion. If the result of the declaration is more money in the state coffers, it is right that the whistleblower has a little of it. The effect: everyone would be more vigilant about issuing and receiving invoices, the correctness of the invoices and the declaration of assets.
