I propose to the Government, or more specifically to the Ministry of Finance and the Minister for the Economy,
to legally allow ELECTRONIC BILLING to customers, while at the same time, at the SAME TIME
the mandatory use of TAX BLAGS to avoid forgery and erasure of invoices issued to customers.
This simplifies business and administration between companies and individuals, reduces the cost of office supplies (paper, cartridges, printers) and the cost of recording invoicing transactions in administration and accounting, postage costs, etc.
All of this can be electronically monitored by the tax authorities at the same time for VAT and personal and corporate income tax purposes.
In one move, we modernise the business environment and improve the scope for collecting taxes also on non-cash businesses.
