Dear Sir or Madam! I propose that in the case of a company incorporated as a limited liability company, the payment of tax on dividends paid out in cases where the company does not distribute the profits among the partners should be abolished. There is a clear unfairness between a limited company and a limited liability company. Both forms have to pay tax on profits, but a limited liability company has to pay tax on dividends in the same amount, whether they are paid or not. By contrast, an LLP only pays tax on the distribution of profits if they are actually paid out.
