I propose to the Government and the line ministries to abolish free legal aid for judicial protection for persons who disrespect and disregard the applicable rules and knowingly violate them, who incite people to disrespect and disregard the applicable rules, who spread hate speech, lies, untruths and defamation of others.  Before granting a BPP, the courts should establish the true facts as to why there is a case to begin with and should immediately propose mediation. If the parties do not want mediation or are delaying the process, each plaintiff and defendant should hire a lawyer and pay out of their own pockets. This will relieve the courts and the state budget. At present, individuals are suing at the expense of the state budget.  I also propose that people who sue and have free legal aid should have their social assistance withdrawn and their lives checked. At the expense of honest citizens, some social assistance recipients are taking advantage of the whole system.
