I propose more control over employers in paying students and all other employees, because now many of them pay them nothing or almost nothing for the work they do and fire them after 1 month or even sooner so that they don't have to be paid, these companies should be banned from employing students so that they can no longer use them to work for free, and so that they will have to continue to employ only full-time workers in these companies, pubs, restaurants etc..., these employers should be required to pay students and all others 3 times their salary when they are caught exploiting students and others employed by them for free work. These employers must be kept under strict control of the inspectors and the tax authorities so that they can no longer exploit their employees, whether they are students or full-time employees. Many students and others are employed illegally in pubs, restaurants, firms etc... because the employers do not want to employ them according to the rules so that they do not have to pay their labour, contributions and they fire them after 2-3 months during which time they promise to pay their wages just so that they can drag them as long as possible to work for free. There also needs to be stricter controls on student services that do not protect their clients in the fight with the employers to get their money, I therefore propose that you abolish all student services as they do nothing for their members and that the employment services take over their work, which is why we have them, because the owners of the services and those who are at the helm are only making a wholesale profit at the expense of the students. I wonder how any of the current generation will ever see a pension if they are perpetual students and still in school at 30, some even illegally as they enrol in school only to get a certificate of enrolment so they can continue to work through the student service, and the employers are happy to exploit this to have very cheap labour and not have to pay contributions, as no one checks if a student even goes to school. Don't make excuses for existing laws again, which is what you are so fond of doing, because proposals are there to fix, regulate and change laws for the better, aren't they, or do you want our proposals just for decoration?
