I suggest that you severely restrict or ban the employment of foreign nationals, including from the former Yugoslavia, in Slovenia, at least for the duration of the economic crisis, At the moment, the vast majority of foreign nationals working in companies where manual labour is required are mainly from the former Yugoslavia, who are happily exploited by the companies for very cheap labour, Many of them also work illegally, both foreigners and Slovenians, and on top of that they receive social assistance from the state. There are no jobs for Slovenes, at least not officially, and Slovene citizens have to get jobs first, and those who do not accept them and receive social assistance from the state should have their social assistance reduced by 10% for every job they are refused, and they would quickly go on a shift, because not everyone can wait for a job only in offices, while foreign citizens get physical jobs quickly. Ban the various employment agencies, both foreign and Slovenian, through which companies are looking for very cheap labour, including foreign nationals, because we have an employment office which no longer performs its task and only collects data on how many unemployed there are in Slovenia, and you no longer even look for jobs for the unemployed through the employment office, or you leave everything in the hands of various employment agencies which make a wholesale profit out of it. For example, in our municipality, in a company that manufactures windows, almost all the employees are from the former Yugoslavia, and almost none of them speak Slovenian, and some of them are brought to work in a van and taken away when the job is over. In other parts of Slovenia there are also a lot of employees in firms, pubs, restaurants, construction, etc., from the former Yugoslavia, where they are just exploited for cheap labour and employed illegally.,if you half the employers who employ people illegally and force them to employ them according to the law of priority of Slovenian citizens, you will very quickly reduce the official number of unemployed in Slovenia by at least 30000 people. Please do not make excuses for existing laws again as you do with all the other proposals on this site, so I really do not know why you even want our proposals if you do not take them into account, are not the proposals for changing existing laws for the better for all of us?
