A crisis tax seems inevitable. It is essentially a kind of "self-contribution" as we knew it under communism. If not, let the government think about what it will give to the people in return. My suggestion: in return for the payments to the state through the crisis tax, the state should return to the people a proportionate value in the form of ownership in the companies where the state still owns. And each individual should be able to choose which companies he or she wants to own a stake in. In this way, each individual would give to the State and, on the other hand, would be able to sell his share immediately on the market and improve his financial situation. In this way, the State would receive help from the citizens and the citizens would not actually be deprived.
