Black buildings should be taxed. But at a high rate, at least 10 times the normal rate. The country needs money. Let the taxation of large properties be put on the table at last. The inventory has been completed and unless it starts to be levied, it will be obsolete. But if it is in production, it will be renewed and updated. So, all residential areas above a certain square metre per occupant should be taxed. Tax all non-residential areas. And finally, black constructions should be taxed at 10 times the normal tax. It will thus be in the interests of the individual, the black builder, to legalise or demolish his construction as soon as possible. Why, after all, should the state, and therefore we, the taxpayers, pay for demolition? I am sure that such a procedure would accumulate a great deal of money, which could be used to streamline the procedures and documentation for obtaining building permits. This would, in turn, shorten and simplify procedures that are currently taking absolutely too long. The fact is that, in our country, it is quicker to build a property than to comply with all the demands of bureaucracy.
