Increase vignettes for lorries by 10x, for cars by 2x and abolish the road tax. Half of the revenue from Vignettes should go directly to the budget. Vehicles with an annual mileage below 10000 Km get 3/4 of the purchase price refunded. Between 10000 Km and 30000 Km, 1/2.
It would cost the average citizen of Slovenia the same, but the state would earn more from transit traffic.
