Given that some of us rent out our properties in order to have at least some income, I propose to exempt the income from renting out property from the ceded tax for unemployed job-seekers, if the rental income is less than the minimum wage !
Unemployed and jobseekers are being pushed further into poverty by the amendment to the Income Tax Act - ZDoh-2L, as we try to pay our contributions and insurance premiums with rentals, while also living as normal as possible !  In this way (renting out the property) we have made sure that we are not dependent on social transfers or in any other way burdening the state!
