Rumour has it that the city authorities in Celje have already introduced a tax on the amount of rainfall falling on a residential building. We know from past experience that such nonsense spreads very quickly throughout the country, and I would therefore suggest that the Government immediately prohibit the continuation of such activities.
If this is not possible, it should ban rainfall instead.
